Fellowshipping Together

Applying the gospel of Jesus Christ requires fellowship. Bearing one another's burdens, mourning together, comforting those who need comfort, and standing as witnesses to each other—all require a group of believers who work together to apply the gospel. (Mosiah 18:8-9) Christ taught his followers to gather for worship, sacrament, and teaching. (3 Nephi 18:1-13, 22)

Such a group is great blessing to believers who need to love and be loved, feel supported and understood, be nourished with the good word of God, and receive opportunities to serve. Second only to a family, a fellowship is where Christ's teachings move from theory into practice.

A new website is now available to those who are interested in preserving the restoration of the gospel through Joseph Smith, and desire to find a fellowship. Here's the link to it:

I know personally of many people who are awakening to our current situation, seeking the Lord, and hoping to find like-minded believers with whom they may share an often-difficult journey. I've received numerous emails from people feeling alone, looking for fellow sojourners.

Therefore, I hope all the existing fellowships, no matter how small, will register on the site so others can find them.

          Brightly beams our Father's mercy
          From His lighthouse evermore,
But to us He gives the keeping
Of the lights along the shore.

Dark the night of sin has settled,
          Loud the angry billows roar;
          Eager eyes are watching, longing,
For the lights along the shore

Trim your feeble lamp, my brother!
          Some poor sailor tempest tossed,
Trying now to make the harbor,
In the darkness may be lost.

Let the lower lights be burning!
Send a gleam across the wave!
          Some poor fainting, struggling seaman
You may rescue, you may save.

  1. There doesn't seem to be any fellowships in the UK yet. Are there any other like minded saints in the UK?

    1. I know there are others in the UK. Perhaps if you post as a fellowship of one, others can reach out to you?

Hey everyone,

It's been brought to my attention that comments from mobile phones and some browsers might not come through in some situations. I recommend you save the text of your comment before submitting, in case you need to submit again.

If you commented and it hasn't appeared, try sending from a different browser, or device, or use the "Contact Me" tool to reach out to me personally. Sorry for the problems! The blogger platform, though free, seems to have problems.
